    To help ensure the most efficient response possible, we request that you provide as much detail as you can, including any documentation such as what you were doing when your issue came up, applicable screen shots, log files, etc.

    Our initial support response is 2-4 hours.

    We prioritize support requests in the following ways. 

    • Low – convenience item – not time dependent. 
    • Medium – needed within the same business week.
    • High – needed within the same business day.
    • Critical – needed immediately – “system down” requests
